Commitments to Customers

On time shipments:

Biosystems is committed to shipping quality products on time. We work closely with our distributors and customers to ensure that when we make a promise to ship by a specific date, the order is actually shipped. We try to keep our customers informed when there is a delay.

Reduced lead time:

We are proud of the record we have achieved over the last ten years. Most routine orders ship within two to five days of receipt of order. We are frequently able to ship same day, or next day when required, sharply reducing our distributors' need to support our line through excessive (and expensive) on-hand inventor

Aggressive price structure:

The advanced electronics in our instruments makes Biosystems not only the performance leader but also enables us to price our products below those of less sophisticated competitors.

Customer support materials and literature:

Customer support materials include training videos, manuals, applications notes, and color literature. Most printed media is available for download free of charge from this website.

Demonstration units:

Although our distributors are expected to maintain sufficient on-hand inventory and "demo" designated equipment to facilitate the sales and support of the line on a local basis, Biosystems is pleased to support our distributors through the use of "loaner" instruments as necessary to insure the successful evaluation of our equipment by our end-user customers. Customers may also contact Biosystems directly with questions relating to the evaluation and purchase of our products.

Competitive product cross reference:

Biosystems applications engineers and sales personnel are available to help our customers determine which products represent the best choices, and to compare and contrast our design features and benefits with those of our competitors.

Promotion of safety awareness:

Biosystems is committed to promoting worker safety. We encourage not only the use of our own equipment, but also the proper selection and use of other safety related equipment and procedures through instructional seminars. These seminars (e.g. our Confined Space Hazard Awareness program) are designed to inform and help our customers not only in their purchasing decisions relative to Biosystems, but in their ability to develop an integrated approach to serious safety issues.
